Important! The transport service Nova Poshta charges a commission for the cash on delivery (transfer) service for goods: a commission of UAH 20 + 2% of the transfer amount. If you refuse the parcel at the post office, the subscription is non-refundable. The cash on delivery fee is paid by the recipient separately from the delivery service and is not included in the price of the goods.

Free delivery in Ukraine is available upon full payment of the order, the amount of which is from 2000 UAH.

We deliver by the Nova Poshta carrier company.

• Delivery is carried out to Nova Poshta or Ukr Poshta offices throughout Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories (Donetsk region, Luhansk region, Crimea).
• Terms of dispatch: 1-5 days.
• Orders are sent from Monday to Friday.
• After the manager sends your order, you will receive an express invoice number. By using this number you can track your order at any time and find out when it will be at the branch on the official website of the company “Nova Poshta” and Ukrposhta.
• Be sure to check the integrity of the parcel and its compliance with the order at the branch before paying.
