You can always exchange or return the goods purchased in the season.ua store within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel, provided that it was not used, its original packaging is the same as the one in which you received the goods (box), the presentation and consumer properties (labels, tags) are preserved, and the invoice and return form are available (in case of return).
